Fun Fact: The basketball game was shot in the gymnasium of what was, at that time, Broken Arrow Senior High, Broken Arrow Oklahoma. To make it look like a nighttime game, they put thick black paper over the windowpanes. This added to the heat generated by the summer weather, as they were filming daylight hours.
